◆Change or Cancellation of the Reservation (Cancellation Policy)
Please tell us by telephone or email, if you would like to make a change or cancel your reservation. Changing reservation or cancellation will not be completed until we send our response to your request.
If you would like to decrease the number of guests or cancel your reservation during the two bisuness days before your party day, your deposit will be used as a cancellation service fee or charge for changing reservation date.
※Please note that the cancellation fee applies even if you add a guest after your cancellation.
